He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Jackson Allen and Carrie Ford Allen; and his siblings, Bonnie Allen Taylor, Bobby Ray Allen and Roger Dale Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Faye" Allen; his children, Misty Sapp, Tina Kirkman, Tonya Allen-Holder, Cathy Allen, Christy Allen, Janice Hampton, Joy Ivan and David Crisp; and also, Donny Roark, Alex Allen, Jeffrey Peoples, Brandon Allen, John Allen and Christian Allen. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
