She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee Hartsell and Isabelle Lomax Hartsell; her son Keith Kearns; and her former husband J. P. Kearns. She is survived by: her daughter Alicia Kearns Garner (Kenny); her daughter-in-law Rhonda Burch Kearns; her son John Arthur Kearns; her sisters, Edith Hartsell Hall (Larry) and Sherry Hartsell Moore (Wayne); her grandchildren, Ashley Gaddy (James), Jordann Davis (Christopher), Kendall Garner (Emily), Bryan Michael Kearns, Katie Ray (Travis), LeAnn Phillips (Bradford) and Drew Glenn; and her great grandchildren, Kerrianne Davis, Carson Gaddy, Kaden Gaddy, Tristen Gaddy, Landon Whitaker and Jaelyn Bain.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
