She was predeceased by: her father Clyde "Bud" Hoffman; and her sister Lisa Hoffman. She is survived by: her boyfriend Darrell Essick of Trinity; her son Cody Wells (Emily Cafolla) of Asheboro; her mother Rebecca "Becky" Hoffman of Asheboro; her sister Tammy Shady of Asheboro; her nephew E. J. Mattison (Crystal); her niece Brittany Charles; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julianna, Elijah, Zachary, Hayleigh, Carter and Elric.
