She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harvell and Nina Harvell; and her brother Ken Harvel. She is survived by: her niece Claire Small of Asheboro; her siblings, Kay Laliberte (Richard) of Asheboro, Terrie Allred (Harold) of Asheboro and John Harvel (Ann) of Culpepper, VA; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Harvel of Asheboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
