She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Plato and Lottie Alma Vaughn Lowe; her husband William Moran; and her siblings, Zella Goins, James Crissie Lowe, Decosta Lowe, Douglas Lowe, Bill Lowe, Frank Lowe and Folger Lowe.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Moran (Marsha) of Elon, Gary Moran (Debbie) of Asheboro and Rickey Moran (Cindy) of Asheboro; her sisters, Mary Faye Jarvis of Mt. Airy and Helen Bartley of Mt. Airy; her grandchildren, Kellie Moran and Gary Moran; her stepgrandchildren, Kim Hurley and Jonathan Shoffner; and her great grandchildren, Kaidence Peeler and Christopher Moran. She is also survived by three great-great grandchildren.
