We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2020, at the age of 78, Ruby Bristow of Asheboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Exton McDowell and Ocia Edna Small McDowell; and her siblings, Fred McDowell, Virgie McElreath, Maggie Hill, Glen McDowell, Edna Nelson, Minnie Cranford and Toby McDowell.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Cashatt (Bill) of High Point and Malcolm Bristow of High Point; and her sisters, Ora Clark of Asheboro and Louise Lambeth of Thomasville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Pleasant Union Community Church, 2635 Pleasant Union Road, Denton, NC 27239; of to Hospice of Randolph, 416 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC 27203.
