He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Slone and Kelly Slone; his brother Ronnie Slone; and his former wife Sharon Slone. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Slone of Asheboro, NC; his sister Wanda Hanson of Gastonia, NC; his children, Patricia Wilkerson (Eric) of Greensboro, NC and Michael Slone (Trinnie) of Siler City, NC; his stepchildren, Leigh Ann Issac (Will) of Kentucky and Marvin Christiansen of Iowa; his granddaughters, Amanda Nelson (CJ) of Randleman, NC, Madison Beane of Concord, NC and Alexa Christiansen of Iowa; and his great grandchild Wyatt Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
