He is survived by: his spouse Diana Johnson Burge; his children, Holly Jones (Bob Falls) of Asheville and Matt Jones of Wadesboro; his granddaughter Gabriela Jones of Asheville; his sister Brenda of Suze; and also, Mary Helen Horne of Clayton and Marian Guill of Wilmington. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
