She is survived by: her husband Charles Neil Apple; her children, Monica Yantin (Eric) and Jasper Cox (Andrew); her grandchildren, Dalton Yantin, Logan Yantin and Jaydon Yantin (Lizzy McCaskill); her sisters, Patricia Davis and Sherry Latham (Terry); and her nieces and nephews, Sean Payne, Alexander Payne, Kim Luther, Terry Latham Jr. and Brandon Davis.
In leu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
