She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Sue Biddix; and her fiancé Edward Brooks. She is survived by: her father Robert Loftis (Viola); her children, Ashley Effler (Timothy Cothran) and Brandon Effler (Tiffany); and her siblings, Ann, Becky, Donna, Kevin, Steve and Travis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
