She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lester Brown and Edith Claudine Brown Hunter; her stepfather Harry Hunter; and her brothers, Stephen Lester Brown and Johnny Lloyd Hunter.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Freeman, Jr.; her children, Tammy Freeman Mabe (Jimmy) and Timothy Freeman (Tonia); her grandchildren, Amber Mabe, James Mabe (Lora), Kelli Freeman and Kasey Freeman (Olivia); and her great grandchildren, Alex, Ryan, Jake, Liam, Lealand, Gabe, Lyndon, Kaiden, Aryella, Aaleah and Adelynn.
