He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Neal and Sarah Joyce Oliver; and his siblings, Sarah Maxine Pugh and John Wayne Neal. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Parks Neal; his sons, Jason Neal (Erin), Jake Neal (Erin) and Jaron Neal; his brother Rick Neal (Berta); and his grandchildren, Parks Neal, Larin Neal, Kieran Neal, Ezekiel Neal, Jude Neal and Levi Neal.
