It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Butterworth of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Ronna "Ronnie" Davis Mozelle Chriscoe; her daughter Patricia Powers; and her husbands, Rufus Henderson and Walter Butterworth. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Chriscoe (Jan), Evon Sapp, Doyle "Dean" Henderson, Doretta H. Lawson and Annie Davis (Michael); and her sisters, Geneva Cagle, Bertha Millikan and Nettie Garner (Junior). She is also survived by her grandkids and great grandkids.
