She is survived by: her husband Roy "John" Strider; her daughters, Elaine McPherson and Renee Varner; her grandchildren, Eric McPherson (Karla) of Asheboro and Amy McPherson of San Francisco, CA; her great grandchildren, Kylie, Kaiden and Kinsley; her brother Eddie Phillips of Star; her friends, Hopewell and Road of Asheboro, NC; and also Zeke Harris of San Francisco, CA.
