It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Talley Cutsail (Asheboro, North Carolina), born in Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on September 29, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Cutsail Ball (Rich) of Trinity and Doss Cutsail of Randleman; her sister Gloria Canapp Wilson (Gene) of Cody, Wyoming; and her grandchildren, Amy Wright of Asheboro and Jacob Wright of Seagrove.
