It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Williams Britt of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Tom" Garald Britt; her son-in-law Buster Leonard; her parents, Royster Williams and Pearl Morgan Williams; and her siblings, Jean Brewer (Lee) and Jack Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Freda Leonard of Franklinville, Vada Bullard of Asheboro, Elizabeth Poole (Randy) of Salisbury and Ricky Britt (Sam) of Asheboro; and her brother Billy Williams (Tennie) of Robbins. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
