It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul VanNess Sr. of Asheboro, North Carolina, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett VanNess, Sr. and Joan Reynolds VanNess. He is survived by: his fiancé Christy Kinney; his children, Paul VanNess, Jr. (Ginger) of Liberty and Christy Joyce (George) of Greensboro; and his brother Emmett VanNess, Jr. (Jamey) of Greensboro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
