David Casey Motley (Desiree), Regina Kepley (Timothy) and Scott Casey; her adoptive daughter Ann Williams (Tony); her siblings, Libby Hughes, Deborah Jones, Annette Robinette, James Newsome and Ricky Newsome; her grandchildren, Michael D., Little Michael, Dustin, Robert, Kathleena, Catherine, Charlotte and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Michael Jr. and Levi.
