She was predeceased by: her daughter Stephanie Marianne Johnson; her sister Cynthis; her parents, Robert Stanley Kemp and Mary Hazel Voorhees; and her stepfather Stephen Coert Voorhees.
She is survived by: her son Jordan Andrew Kemp; her siblings, Gwendolyn Hobbs, Terri Blue, Julie Rienerth and Gary Trull; her boyfriend Kenny Ball; her grandchildren, Hannah Whitaker, Lacey Whitaker and Stephen; and her nieces and nephews, Michelle, Somer, Natalie, Miriah, Crystal, Autumn, Savannah, Dana, Tammy, Robbie and Mitchell.
