She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wayne Carter and Myrtle Rae Millikan Carter; and her sister Brenda Hoover. She is survived by: her husband T. H. Williams; her sons, Tony Hall (Tonya) of Lexington, NC and Bobby Hall (Alisha) of Old Fort, NC; her brother John Carter (Susan) of Tobaccoville, NC; her grandchildren, Zoe Hall, Blake Hall, Tyler Hall, Micaiah Hall and Makaila Hall; and her siblings-in-law, Vance Williams, Betty Satterfield, LaRue Cook (Larry) and Margie Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
