She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Cagle Boone of Charlotte, Mae Cagle Silverthorne of Asheboro and Doris Cagle of Winston-Salem; her sister Elizabeth Ann Reeder of Asheboro; her grandchildren, Justin Boone and Jenna Boone Lewis; her great grandchildren, Raven Lewis, Addie Sturdivant and Khaleesi Boone; and her daughter Debbie Hales.
