She was predeceased by: her husband Frank J. Perkins, Sr; and her siblings, Ed Whitt, Lonnie Whitt, Rass Whitt, Chester Whitt, Bill Whitt, Catherine Taylor and Virginia Lineberry.
She is survived by: her sons, Frankie J. Perkins Jr. (Cheryl) of Asheboro and Terry L. Perkins (Wanda) of Asheboro; her grandchildren, Derek Perkins, Sarah Gallimore and Matthew Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Bennett, Anna Claire Perkins, Henry and Will Gallimore.
