He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Harris; and his children, Carole Harris Smith (Scott) of Asheboro, Diane Harris Trogdon of Asheboro, Lori Brim Chriscoe of Seagrove, Randy Brim (Bobbie) of Asheboro and Tony Brim (Tami) of Randleman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
