He is survived by: his sons, Rob Smith, Mike Smith (Angelique), Doug Smith (Tracey) and Mark Smith (Ashley); his stepdaughters, Sherry Anderson Adams (Stacey) and Cathy Anderson Mason (Reid); his half-brother Edward Waite of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Jackson Smith, Chloe Smith, Tamber Smith, Tristan Smith, Kieren Smith, Gunnar Widener, Michael Smith, Kaitlyn Smith, Logan Smith, Alex McKeown (Shields) and Keegan Smith; and his great grandchildren, Blayne Widener, Colt Smith and Colby Smith.
