She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Banks Thomas and Mattie Allred Thomas; her husband Henry "Bob" Moon, Jr.; her son Henry "Bobby" Moon, III; her brothers, Clyde Thomas and Paul Thomas; and her son-in-law Karl McKinnon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angi Morton (Al) and Paula McKinnon; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Gerringer (Justin) and Jacob Harris (Alexandria); her great grandchild Banks William Gerringer; and her sister-in-law Pamela Redding (Buddy).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
