It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Brown of Asheboro, North Carolina, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Francis and Antoinette Marie Gianfala Conley; and her husband H. Leon Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Walter Pavlik, II (Amber) of High Point and James A. Pavlik (Janine) of Sterling, VA; her stepchildren, Teresa Highfill (Billy) of Charlotte, Jeff Brown (John McJunkin) of Huntersville and David Brown of New London; her sister Francine Litter of Joppatowne, MD; her grandchildren, Holly Brown, Justin Highfill, Jordan Highfill, Amanda Holbrook and Walter "Trey" Pavlik, III; and her great grandchild Laela Highfill.
