He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Charles; his children, Alex Charles, Donna Cook (Travis) and Christi Freeman; his grandchildren, Hannah, Luke, Chloe, Abigail Charles, Jessica Cummings, Katherine Kinton, Aaron Davis, Joshua Dennis, Tassie Blake, William Blake, Michaela Blake and Summer Blake; and his brother Mitchell Charles (Donna) of Pineville, KY.. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
