She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Phillips; her sons, Gary Andrew Phillips, Sr. and William Larry Phillips; her parents, Daniel Stokes and Flora Mae Brady Stokes; and her sister Thelma Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Phillips Hosford (Mark) of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
