She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Cox and Mary Ann Humble Cox; her daughter Loretta Lynn Parks; her grandson Heath Parks; and her siblings, Linnie Maie Wright, Lloyd Cox, Lantford Cox, Leonard Cox and Leroy Cox.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Parks; her sons, Darrell Parks (Jenny) of Asheboro, Dwight Parks of Asheboro and Derrick Parks (Kelly) of Asheboro; her sister Lottie Voncannon (Gene) of Asheboro; and her grandchildren, Austin Parks, Bailey Parks, Ashlin Parks, Brooke Parks and Priscilla Parks.
