He is survived by: his wife Irene Kindley Land; his sons, Brian Land (Tasha Queen) of Murphy, Steven Land (Carrie Moss) of Murphy, Jason Land of Asheboro and Kevin Land (Stacey) of Whittier; his brothers, Larry Land of Calabash and George Land of High Point; and his close friend Danny Kindley of Asheboro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
