He is survived by: his wife Lavern Foxx Spinks; his grandson Elijah Sanders; his daughters, Daisy Marshall of Randleman, Amber Spinks of Roanoke, VA and Kendra Spinks of Wilson; his stepson Titus Foxx of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Jayvyn Foxx, Alexis Marshall, Jace Foxx and Karter Spinks; his siblings, Elizabeth Spinks of New York, Roslyn Carraway-Carver of Greensboro, Tyrone Cheek of Asheboro, Charles Carraway of Greensboro, Michael Carraway of Maryland and Christopher Pullen of Maryland; his aunt Dyann Spencer; and his uncle Ed Spinks of Ramseur.
