It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Cahoon of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kay Cahoon to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Joseph Gatz and Doris Wing Gatz; and her granddaughter Alison van Es. She is survived by: her children, Tom Cahoon of Wolcott, NY, Lisa Calley (Greg) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Beth Ludwig (Don) of Riverview, FL and Mary van Es (Dennis) of Troy, NC; her sister Mary Ann Paddock (Roger) of Marquette, MI; her grandchildren, Tanya, Nicole, Joshua, Kendra, Danny, Grace, Cassandra, Mitchell, Maxwell, Jeremy, Brian, Holly, Emilie and Andrew; and her pet Harry. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
