It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Cavin Cody (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Buddy Pritchett and Martha Ward Pritchett; her former husband Donald Cavin; her husband Robert Cody; and her siblings, Kenneth Pritchett, Roger Pritchett and Patsy Pritchett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Dennis (Ray) and Robin Carico; her sister Edna Long; her stepchildren, Vicki Veazey (Dan) and Phillip Cody (Jen); her granddaughters, Melissa and Nichole; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Christian and Thomas; and her great great grandchild Lilyana.
