She is survived by: her husband Graham Kent Strickland; her son Barry Strickland (Erin) of Greensboro, NC; her daughter-in-law Keri Strickland-Ward of Apex, NC; her grandchildren, Pierce Strickland of Greensboro, NC, Lori Strickland and Nathan Strickland; and her siblings, Ruth Spence Cain of Fayetteville, Betty Sue Spence Stephens (John Tommy Stephens) of Raleigh and Philip Spence (Betty West Spence) of Lillington, NC..
