We bid farewell to Judy Carolyn Oates of Asheboro, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 18, 2024 at the age of 82. Judy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her daughter Carolyn Smith; her parents, William Oates and Edith Hayes Oates; and her brother Charles Oates. She is survived by: her son Keith Lowe (Belinda) of Sanford; her siblings, Jean Clark (Robert) of Carthage and Robert Oates (Linda) of Asheboro; and her grandchildren, Amy Myott (Justin) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Dustin Lowe (Hanna) of Trinity and Steven Flanagan (Brittany) of Pleasant Garden. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
