She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Nance, Sr. and Helen Fields Nance; her daughter Kay Miller Macon; and her brother Thomas J. Van Nance, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Miller; her son Darren E. Miller (Kimberly) of Asheboro; her grandchildren, Donnelle Hall (Robert Proffitt), Andrea Pinson, Jessica Miller (David Pinson) and Logan Macon (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Renée Pinson, Elias Pinson, Juniper Cecil and Nataleigh Hall.
