He is survived by: his former wife Sylvia Hartsell Kearns; his children, Alicia Kearns Garner (Kenny) and John Arthur Kearns; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Burch Kearns; his siblings, Sarah Blanche Kearns Dunn, Betty Jean Kearns Bingham, Barbara Ann Kearns Wilson (Jerry), Lynn Coppage Kearns (Diane), James "Jimmy" LaMarr Kearns and Donald Larry Kearns; his grandchildren, Ashley Gaddy (James), Jordann Davis (Christopher), Kendall Garner (Emily), Bryan Michael Kearns, Katie Ray (Travis), LeAnn Phillips (Bradford) and Drew Glenn; and his great grandchildren, Kerrianne Davis, Carson Gaddy, Kaden Gaddy, Tristen Gaddy, Landon Whitaker and Jaelyn Bain.
