He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chaulklin and Nell Swallow Chaulklin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nelms Chaulklin; his children, Heather Chaulklin Horrell (Ron) of Liberty, John Chaulklin, III (Kathy) of Liberty and Kyle Olin Killough (Valerie); his siblings, Elizabeth Diana, David Chaulklin (Charlotte), Gary Chaulklin (Liza) and Dwight Headen (Susan); and his grandchildren, Victoria Chaulklin Shaver (Kevin), Mallory Chaulklin, Dora Shinn (Kevin), Garrett Montilla (Karrie), Samuel Killough and Dylan Horrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
