He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Amick and Margaret C. Amick; and his brother Greg Amick. He is survived by: his children, April Jones (Robert) and Tyler Jackson (Danielle); his grandchildren, Carrie Sanders, Cody Sanders, Caleb Sanders, Colton Sanders, Jolene Jackson and Willa Jackson; his uncle Larry Cockman; his nephew Alex Amick; and his close friend Arden Thoburn.
