She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Barnes and Lydia Barnes; her husband Houston Thomas "H. T." Rogers; and her siblings, Jewell Barnes, Leta Morton, Mary Louise Barnes, Morrison Barnes and John Wesley Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Rogers Swaim (Randall) of Thomasville and Thomas Anthony "Tony" Rogers (Ann) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Chad Rogers (Melissa) of Weddington, Ashley Swaim Morgan (Tyler) of Maiden, Scott Swaim of Thomasville, Steven Clayton of Wingate, Shawna Clayton of Wingate, Chad Herd of Florida and Ashley Herd of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Dela Rogers, Maya Rogers, Chloe Rogers, Waylon Chase Morgan, Caden Herd, Dylan Herd and Sander Clayton.
