She is survived by: her husband Greg "Tinker" Mintz; her daughter Tina Mintz Hiskett (Fred) of Seagrove; and her grandchildren, Emma Hiskett (Ethan Stoddard) of Raleigh and Barrett Hiskett (Kara Camp) of Asheboro.
