He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Mae Moore Biggers; his children, Neal Biggers (David Motz) of Evansville, Kent Biggers (Yaoying Xu) of Midlothian and Alice Biggers Smith (Jim Smith) of Asheboro; and his grandchildren, Katie Kersten, Kyle Biggers, Kristen Biggers of Midlothian, Natalie Smith and Eric Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
