He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lee and Clara Carver Lee; his wife Ellen Worsham Lee; his great grandchild Layla Noelle Shamberger; and his brother Earl Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Angela Lee Thompson, Scott Lee (Robin), Tonya Lee Gibson (Jerry) and Sammy Lee; his brother Billy Lee (Brenda); and his sister-in-law Ninez Lee. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
