He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Earl Bullins and Connie Luther Bullins; his wife Laristine "Tine" Bullins; and his siblings, David Bullins, Tom Bullins, Johnny Bullins and Nancy Brannon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Kellner (John) of Apex, Sherry Pyrtle (Larry) of Asheboro, Fritzi Bullins-Jones (Ken) of Greensboro and Andra Coleman (Jerrell) of Cary; and his grandchildren, Kevin Pyrtle (Courtney), Gabriella Pyrtle Ingram (Matt), Peyton Coleman, Jackson Coleman, Riley Jones and Cameron Kellner.
