He was predeceased by: his parents, William Landon and Beatrice Stephens Landon (Lucy Scruggs Landon); his son Mark Landon; and his sister Fay Daggett. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Julia Landon of Walkertown; his grandson Zachary Landon (Laura) of Chapel Hill; and his great grandchild Griffin Landon.
