With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Hooker (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on September 20, 2018 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Reggie Oliver Hooker, Jr.; her sons, Gene Hooker of Sophia, Wayne Hooker (Brenda) of Asheboro, Ed Hooker (Ava) of Asheboro and Mike Hooker of Level Cross; and her sisters, Sue Reeder and Tinnie Cornelison. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
