She was predeceased by: her parents, David Martin and Hattie Martin; her son Andrew Martin; and her significant other John Henry Malloy. She is survived by: her nieces, Eva Janet Hamlin of Asheboro, Pat Cagle of Biscoe and Dianne Martin of California; her nephew Michael Martin of Boston, MA; her great-nieces, Selena "Thunk" Covington and Paula "Bun" McCaskill; and her great-nephew Carvon Hamlin.
