With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Hicks of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 3, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Arthur "J. A." Mayberry and Esther Anderson Mayberry; and her son Charles Keith Hicks. She is survived by: her husband Fred June Hicks; her children, Shannon Joy Hicks and Fred Mike Hicks (Elaine); her granddaughter Chelsea Taylor (Dan); her great grandchild Ellie Taylor; and her pet Maggie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Helen's honor to Randolph Hospice House, 416 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC, 27203.
