He is survived by: his wife Julia Thompson; his sons, Paul Thompson (Alisa) and Mark Thompson, Sr. (Tip); his grandchildren, Ashley Thompson-Caviness (Chris), Mark Thompson, Jr., Heather Thompson-Grant (Trevor), Brandon Thompson and Matthew Thompson (Olivia); and his great grandchildren, Makalah Thompson, Ayden Grant, Kambree Grant, Riley Thompson and Lavender Thompson.
