He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Charles McClanahan and Bradford Whiting McClanahan; and his brothers, Herbert and William McClanahan. He is survived by: his wife Gloria McClanahan; his sons, Mike (Olivia Thomas) of High Point, Steve (Lisa) of Charlotte and David of Asheboro; his sister-in-law Martha Ann McClanahan; and his grandchildren, Matthew of Charlotte, Tucker of Raleigh and Riley of Raleigh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
